Insurance & Billing

When you register for your hospital stay, we will need a copy of your health insurance card and a government-issued identification card.

Please remember that your insurance coverage is a contract between you and your insurance company and you are responsible for paying your hospital bill.

If you don’t have health insurance, you may be eligible for local or state financial assistance. Please review our Simple Language Financial Assistance Summary.

For further information, please do not hesitate to contact our Financial Counselor at (510) 780-4342 or our Business Office at (510) 264-4016 for further information on financial assistance at St. Rose Hospital.

We are available: Monday through Thursday, 9:00 am to 12:00 pm, 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm and Friday 9:00 am to 12:00 pm.
