The collective bargaining agreement between St. Rose and ESC Local 20 expired on January 31, 2026. After 11 bargaining sessions over 5 months, St. Rose and ESC Local 20’s bargaining team reached tentative agreements on the terms of a successor collective bargaining agreement for the period of January 1, 2026 to January 31, 2029. The tentative agreements were ratified by ESC Local 20 members on March 27, 2026, and the agreed upon terms have been implemented. We appreciate the efforts of ESC Local 20 and its bargaining team during the bargaining process.
