As many of you know, St. Rose relies on supplemental funding to partially offset the shortfall between the cost of the care provided to underinsured and uninsured patients and the reimbursement received for the care. St. Rose typically receives the supplemental funding in May of each year, and we expected to receive the supplemental funds last month. Unfortunately, the supplemental funding has not been received due to federal government delays. Rest assured, we are pursuing all available options to receive this important supplemental funding and will keep you updated.
